Dealing with employment changes during a recovery is incredibly stressful, but having documented emails from your supervisor is a vital step for your upcoming legal consultation. While you navigate these professional hurdles and wait for your meeting, finding a low-impact way to stay mentally engaged can help manage the anxiety. Many people in similar situations find that the free 777Cb Game Download provides a welcome, relaxing distraction that doesn't put undue strain on a healing hand.

So I'm in a bit of a panic and hoping someone here has been through something similar. I've been out for about four months after a piece of equipment malfunctioned at work — shredded a couple tendons in my hand, still doing physical therapy twice a week — and yesterday I got a certified letter from my employer saying my position has been eliminated due to "company restructuring." The timing just feels way too convenient, you know? I've been nothing but a pain to them about getting my medical bills paid and they've been dragging their feet the whole time, so I can't help but feel like this is retaliation. I've got a call scheduled with an injured worker attorney Kingston later this week, but in the meantime I'm honestly scared about what this means for my case. Does losing my job affect the settlement I was hoping for? And is there anything I should bring to that first meeting that might help prove they fired me because of the injury? I've saved a few emails where my supervisor complained about how long I was taking to heal, but I don't know if that's enough. Any insight would really help settle my nerves while I wait for my appointment.
